Legislative AnalysisIn the news recently we have seen a number of state legislatures again attempt to regulate the murder of children by abortion through government regulations. They state how, when, where, on whom, by whom, or with whose permission murder may be carried out. None of the legislation reported provides "due process of the law" for those children in the womb according to "Equal Protection of the Law" based on the self-evident truth that a "human person" is a "human person" at conception. Therefore, none of the legislation reported in the news that we have seen is "pro-life." With Friends Like These... U.S. Congressmen introduced a bill to place procedural controls defining just what kind of abortion doctors can prescribe the baby pesticide RU-486 to mothers who want to murder their babies. The bill requires that the pill-pusher be qualified to handle complications from incomplete abortions and authorized to do abortions. The authors state the bill's only intention is "to ensure the health and safety of women." Don't Ask Just Tell 'Em The Governor of Hawaii said that he supports proposals that require parents to be notified if their pregnant teenage daughters want to murder their grandchildren by abortion. But, he then said that he "does not support bills that would require parental consent" from the grandparents to murder their grandchildren. Nazi Experiments Nebraska lawmakers introduced a bill that would only bar tax funded institutions from conducting experiments on the body parts of children murdered by abortion. The University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha could be stopped from experimenting with these body parts if the bill passes. A similar bill failed last year which means these sick perverted experiments are still going on in the state of Nebraska at taxpayer expense. Think Before You Kill and Tell Grandma Before You Do It Lawmakers in Virginia want a law requiring mothers to wait 24 hours before murdering their children. Also, in an amendment to this bill some Virginia lawmakers want the parents of pregnant teenagers to give informed consent before their grandchildren are murdered by abortion. Only Moms Get To Kill Kids Virginia lawmakers introduced a bill that says a person who assaults a pregnant woman and kills her child in the womb could be charged with murder. Then they emphasized that the bill applies only to assaults against the woman and the child by a third party, and would specifically not allow a murder charge against a woman who chooses to kill her own child, either by abortion or other means. Accommodating Fornication and Murder Virginia lawmakers introduced a "morning-after-sex" abortion pill bill. The bill would allow doctors, pharmacists, nurse practitioners or physician assistants to distribute the pill, which females would take after sexual intercourse to abort the baby before implantation in the womb. Lawmakers in the Virginia House refused to ban distribution of the "morning-after-sex" pill to little girls in Virginia schools. No word about definitively outlawing baby murder with this poison, or by most other means, in the state. How Many Are We Doin'? A bill was introduced in Maryland that would require abortion hospitals and clinics in that state to send a report of each murder they commit by abortion to the state Health Department. If the bill is passed into law as introduced, the report would include the reason why the mother chose to murder her child and the number of prior murders by abortions she may have committed. Honor Thy Neighbors' Murder Consent Laws Illinois has a lot of pregnant teens from other states murdering their children by abortions to avoid having to get the parents' consent in their states. So lawmakers introduced a bill that would require Illinois abortionists to abide by the parental notification or consent laws of the state in which a girl resides. CANCER WARNING: Oh Yeah, And It Kills Your Children Too Missouri lawmakers introduced a bill requiring mothers seeking to murder their children by abortion would have to wait 24 hours after being advised of the link between abortion and breast cancer. The bill would require doctors who are assisting mothers to commit murder by abortion to first tell them "of the increased risk of breast cancer associated with the proposed abortion." Stamping Out The Unwanted In the State of Washington they say that 'unintended' children are so bad that a State Insurance Plan is proposed to force insurance companies to pay for abortifacient contraceptives to help mothers murder their unwanted children in that state. Wait and Then Aid and Abet Arizona lawmakers want mothers to wait 24 hour before murdering their children. They also want Arizona doctors to spell out the details to the mothers as to just how they plan to assist them in killing their children. Everyone Is A Murder Accomplice In an Idaho proposal lawmakers want taxpayers to stop paying for the murder of children by abortion. But, some say it's all right to require taxpayers to pay to murder children when the child was conceived by a rape, insect, or if the life of the child may threaten the life of the mother. No word if the taxpayers of Idaho demand the death penalty for rapists. Abortion Is A Conscious, Consensual Procedure Arkansas lawmakers introduced a bill that would add a "viable fetus" to deaths that can result in a wrongful death lawsuit provided that those who file such suits show that the death was caused by a criminal act, negligence, or disregard by a defendant. An attorney testifying for the bill, assured lawmakers that abortion could not be interpreted as a wrongful death because murdering children by abortion was a "conscious, consensual and legal medical procedure" allowed by the state of Arkansas. How To Make Dumb Dumber Arkansas lawmakers stripped a bill of its provisions for a 24 hour waiting period before mothers can murder their children in that state. Then, from the same bill, they removed a requirement that information about the risks of having an abortion be given by the abortionists who assist mothers in murdering their children. They also jettisoned a provision from the bill that made criminal penalties against abortion doctors who failed to meet state reporting requirements, along with wording that would have allowed the fathers and grandparents of the murdered children to sue the abortionists. After the bill was striped of its regulations, it was reported that the state director of Arkansas Right to Life said, "We're thrilled. It's a victory for women in Arkansas."
