Ron Paul Dedicated to His Electoral Effort

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, says he will press his campaign for the White House despite not winning the Republican presidential nomination. In a recent online video posting, the Texas politician admitted he could not beat U.S. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., for his party's nomination but was nonetheless dedicated to continuing his electoral efforts, the Gannett News Service reported via Saturday's USA Today. "Though victory in the conventional political sense is not available in the presidential race, many victories have been achieved due to your hard work and enthusiasm," Paul said. "We must remember elections are short-term efforts, revolutions are long-term projects." Read more...
