A Nation Void of Justice

A nation without God is a nation without justice. A nation without justice is a nation of thieves and robbers. St. Augustine said it best: “Justice being taken away, then what are kingdoms but great robberies?” True justice is predicated on true righteousness. Justice is the administration of that which is just or right. Thus, without righteousness there can be no justice. Both justice and righteousness are religious terms, and therefore must be defined accordingly. To be just, or to act or adjudicate justly, means to function under an absolute standard of right and wrong. That standard, in order to be eligible as a standard, must be enduring. It cannot change with the culture or take on forms contrary to the organic standard of righteousness. Therefore the only standard, which lives up to this criterion, is God’s Law – the Christian Holy Scriptures. The Law of God is the most perfect, inerrant and finally authoritative axiomatic standard of justice, ethics and equity, and therefore must be the only rule of Law and Justice for mankind.
Once a nation or its political leaders embrace the notion of Biblical atheism, the idea of an absolute standard of righteousness dissolves. Once the notion of an absolute standard is disregarded, the idea of absolute justice too is disregarded. A nation without God is a nation without justice. Justice, without the God of Justice, becomes unjust since it now functions under a vacillating humanistic set of rules and standards. When man denies the God of Justice, man becomes the god of justice, and thus justice is no longer justice but begins to transition itself into tyranny.
The Law of God is the supreme law of the land whether a nation assumes God’s Law as its own or rejects God’s law. Whenever a nation rejects the Law of God, it is stating that it is a law unto itself. When God’s Law is ignored, man’s “defacto” law becomes the higher and ultimate law. Man then affirms himself as the only source of true law, and knowing the nature of man this is extremely dangerous. Thus, without Divine Law and Justice, law (or more accurately legislation) becomes oppression, theft and even murder.
Theologian, Legal Scholar and Historian, R.J. Rushdoony stated it this way.
“Stripped of justice, the law becomes an instrument of extortion and oppression in the hands of whatever group of men control it. If men of wealth control the state, the law becomes their tool to subjugate the poor and make them poorer. If poor men control the state, the law then is used to rob the rich and all hard working men to support those who what to live on the proceeds of robbery.”
In my particular congressional district of Virginia’s 5th, Democratic representative Tom Perriello ( in association with Virginia’s Senators Mark Warner and Jim Webb) has proven time and time again that he seeks to rob men of their wealth. This is not native to Virginia’s 5th democratically controlled Congressional and Senatorial districts, but universal in almost every democratically controlled area across the nation. By the Democrat’s constant support of the Obama ideology of socialistic Marxism Perriello and his Bolshevik cohorts, has shown, during his brief tenure, that he is willing to rob Virginians through the socialistic distribution of their wealth. Furthermore he has also proven that he is more than willing to oppress the people by his vote to dictate what type of health care they must have. This is unacceptable. His infatuation with Obama’s Marxism insists that all ideas of truth and law simply reflect the will of the ruling class, in this case the Presidency and its tyrannical Democratic pit bulls. Men who are willing to plunder the people through the distribution of their wealth by trumping the rule of law have no legitimate place in government affairs.
Obama is so desperate to force his Marxist agenda upon the American people that he is making serious mistakes in that his overall plan has become quite conspicuous. Obama’s Trojan Horse to Marxism via the $940 Billion Health Care Bill has successfully socialized medicine in the U.S. and force the people to capitulate. The recent declaration by Democrats to unlawfully shotgun through the bill without a vote is curiously reminiscent of the Soviet slogan “All power belongs to the Soviets,”
The idea that anyone who refuses to embrace the program will be fined, is another Soviet creation. In Soviet Russia, the only real crimes were crimes against socialism, and those things that are Marxist Totalitarianism. Economic crimes, political crimes, legislative crimes and social crimes committed by the Ruling class of the Marxist State are forgiven if they are admitted to at all; otherwise they are no longer classified as crimes. Congressman Perriello, Senators Warner and Webb are Virginia’s 5th district Bolshevik Marxists. In November Perriello is up for a re-election. He must be voted out of office lest he continues to support a continuous civil war through the policies of Marxism and socialism upon the people of the Virginia. Ands when it is time to reconsider Warner and Webb, I hope the people will remember the arrogance of power perpetuated by these lawless legislators.
