U.S. pledges $26 million in aid for Libyan victims

Dhabi (CNN) -- U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced an additional $26 million in aid for war victims Thursday at an international coalition meeting aimed at charting the course of a post Moammar-Gadhafi Libya. But in the North African nation, the war dragged on as Gadhafi held strong despite another round of pounding from NATO jets.
