Petition Seeks Freedom for Christians in Yemen

Officials with International Christian Concern have launched an international petition campaign to call attention to Christians who have been arrested by the national secret police in Yemen, a situation from which others have not emerged alive. ICC, a Washington-based human rights group that works to help persecuted Christians, said the goal of the petition is to raise the world's awareness of the persecution that exists in the Islam-dominated Yemen, and through that publicity to encourage Yemeni authorities to release the believers.
