Dozens Killed as Iraq Fighting Rages

BAGHDAD, Iraq -- Forty-two people were killed Thursday in Kut, southeast of Baghdad, Iraq's Interior Ministry said, the latest casualties in three days of clashes between militias and Iraqi security forces.
