Arrests Made for Iraqi Archbishop's Kidnap-Killing

BAGHDAD -- Police in northern Iraq say they are questioning suspects in the kidnap-slaying of the Chaldean Catholic archbishop of Mosul. Lt. Gen. Riyadh Jalal Tawfiq did not say how many suspects were in custody in the death of Archbishop Paulos Faraj Rahho, whose body was found March 13 in a shallow grave days after he was kidnapped.
