Postwar Iraq Death Toll Exceeds Combat Deaths

KHALIS, Iraq -- The toll of U.S. troops killed in postwar Iraq surpassed the number killed in major combat on Tuesday, reaching 139 with the death of a soldier in a roadside bombing.
