after French and Dutch voters rejected EU Constitution
advancing regional government in Europe

Using the annual OAS meeting as his platform, President Bush appealed to the U.S. Congress to pass the sovereignty-stealing CAFTA so-called "free trade" agreement - patriotic, freedom-loving Americans who wish to protect America's independence under the U.S. Constitution should call U.S. Congress members, and let them know they should ABSOLUTELY NOT give away America's economic freedom and independence by passing the sovereignty-stealing CAFTA treaty.

The U.S. Congress must REJECT the Bush II administration's new world order "CAFTA" agreement (Central American Free Trade Agreement), and even moreso, the Bush II administration's new world order* * "FTAA" agreement (Free Trade Area of the Americas) - yet another further step after the disastrous 1994 NAFTA trade agreement, toward a Western Hemispheric version of Europe's Common Market/European Economic Community/European Union.
