The Judge Is A Liar

Denying leftwingers a place at the trough is a "bill of attainder.": "...in December federal Judge Nina Gershon restored federal funding of ACORN by issuing a temporary injunction against the congressional funding ban. The Brooklyn-based Gershon, a Bill Clinton appointee, determined that depriving ACORN of taxpayer dollars was an unconstitutional "bill of attainder" that singled out ACORN for punishment without trial." -- Matthew Vadum -- http://spectator.org/archives/2010/02/02/show-acorn-the-money

"In the state of Kansas, abortions are legal." --Sedgwick County District Judge Warren Wilbert, January 28, 2010, The Kansas City Star.

The judge is a liar. The constitution of Kansas forbids putting any human being out of the protection of the law:

Bill of rights - 1. "All men are possessed of equal and inalienable natural rights, among which are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." "Men" here is the generic, meaning "human being.". Females and children have the same rights as all men.

If that isn't clear enough, the U.S. Constitution:

Article I, section 9 - "No Bill of Attainder...shall be passed." And, "No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States..."

The same is forbidden to the States:

Article I, section 10 - "No State shall...pass any Bill of Attainder...or grant any Title of Nobility."

Amendment 5, Bill of Rights - "No person shall be...deprived of life...without due process of law."

By passing unconstitutional Bills of Attainder, the congress and the general assembly of the State of Kansas deprive preborn men (human beings) of their right to life without judicial sentence for crime duly convicted.

By pretending such is actually law, the judges break their oaths to support the Constitution of the U.S., and for state judges, in addition their oath to support their respective State constitutions.

By failing to uphold their oaths to abide by the constitution, the legislature, judges and executive officers of the State deprived George Tiller of his right to due process of law. If they had followed the constitution of Kansas and of the U.S., Tiller would have been tried in a fair trial and, if convicted, punished according to law. Instead, a citizen, seeing that the state was failing in its duty, in desperation acted to defend his fellow men (preborn human beings) from a mercenary serial murderer. Now these same trust-breaking false officers are attacking Roeder. If he is convicted it is they who are found guilty, of breach of trust, corruption and mass murder.

See: http://www.covenantnews.com/grayson051228.htm - Abortion Is NOT Legal and Has Not Been Since 1789! for fuller explanation.

Also, granting the aborting mother and her hired child murderer impunity, while others are punished for killing the preborn, is an unconstitutional title of nobility.
