Hundreds Come Out for Tea Party 'Freedom Rally'

JACKSONVILLE, FL -- About 500 people gathered at the Jacksonville Landing as part of a peaceful protest called the First Coast Tea Party. The First Coast Tea Party (FCTP) organization this is the second such protest in the last few months. Wasteful spending, increased taxes and intrusive government were all discussed. They wanted to send a messge to elected officials because they're concerned about spending and say the federal and state governments are controlling citizens. The Tea Party was open to all First Coast residents.
