Anti-Tax Group Plans July 4 Tea Party Protest
Anti-tax activists plan to make their protests loud and visible with a march along a frontage road near Highway 99 during Saturday's Freedom Rally Tea Party. Organizers expect 15,000 to rally against what they consider high taxes. The Fourth of July event at the International Agri-Center in Tulare will draw groups from Merced to Bakersfield. The day will start at 9 a.m. when participants will begin marching on Tex Drive with anti-taxation picket signs in hand, said Melissa Courtney, head coordinator of the event.Click Here For The Full Story......
