Bush Lobbies Again For Unconstitutional Surveillance Law

WASHINGTON -- President Bush lobbied again for an intelligence law allowing government eavesdropping on phone calls and e-mails, as the tone of the dispute between the White House and Congress over terrorist surveillance grew increasingly sharp.
