Christians Convicted in Waco
Anti-Abortion Protesters Convicted in WacoThe Associated Press
WACO -- Nearly 20 people who protested in front of the Planned Parenthood of Central Texas were found guilty of violating a city ordinance. Rod Goble, a municipal judge in nearby Woodway, found the demonstrators guilty of the misdemeanor Wednesday. Waco's municipal judge recused himself to avoid a perceived conflict of interest. The demonstrators were cited in March for refusing to disperse in front of the clinic, across the street from a school. A month earlier, the Waco City Council adopted an ordinance prohibiting street activity and parades, including demonstrations, during school zone hours. City officials said the ordinance aims to reduce traffic hazards around schools, but anti-abortion activists say it tramples on free speech, religious liberty and the right to peaceably assemble.

Pastor John Collier stated in front of the Waco City Council, the only unsafe place for children on Columbus Ave. is inside the Planned Parenthood itself, where little boys and girls are dying at the hand of the abortionist. God forbid, parents would have to notice this atrocity and feel obliged to explain anything to their own children about this. So we see once again, our government who has legalized child-killing and is chipping away at the resistance by the Church of Jesus Christ through any means possible, says to us, "Yes, Christian, you have freedom of speech and freedom of religion, but not here, and not now!" Well, we're sorry, but Jesus said, "Go into all the world," and that includes the sidewalks in front of Planned Parenthood, Waco's high schools, the homosexual churches, and all the other places that have declared the Law of God unwelcome.
