Failing To Discern & Confront Evil A Deadly Omission

Any nation that either fails to acknowledge or is unable to discern reality and make decisions in its best interests from an accurate assessment is destined for destruction.
As we enter the closing months of the Year of Our Lord 2007 the distortions that sin readily creates in the minds of men are strikingly evident. Bob Jones and Catholic pro-life leader Dr. Jack Willke have come out for Romney while members of the Council on National Policy (CNP) , Dobson, Bauer, Schlafly, et al are shunning Ron Paul who is Christian, law abiding, conservative, and might be viable, in favor of the main stream puppets who will continue to drag us into world government. Many domestic Christians think of the political process as being separate from the Christian Church and are willing to use secular tactics. While it is true that politics is a separate sphere, the idea that it does not fall under God’s dominion is a consummate evil.
To understand the vile pragmatism involved in the minds of so-called Christians in the political arena listen to this American View interview by John Lofton of Dr. Jack Willke. I have been writing about the evil of this philosophy for several years. It now appears that others are beginning to take up the banner.
Since law creates the religion of a nation, engagement in the political arena is a righteous endeavor. But when victory involves the use of questionable procedures the process becomes evil. Politics in the United States provides a fundamental lesson in Hegelian Dialectics. Compromise with evil is standard practice, there are questionable coalitions, outright mendacity, consorts with the Devil, and manipulation of naïve voters. Victory is sought without regard to its cost. Our Christian leaders have fallen into this secular trap. When will our leaders learn that in God’s Kingdom obedience is the ultimate righteousness? In secular society the end justifies the means but in Christian circles the means must justify the end even when the end is defeat. Death on the cross was a victory for our Lord! When and if Christians go to the poles they must vote for the most righteous candidates and the most righteous laws that appear on the ballot. Whether they cast a winning vote or not is up God.
Political decisions made by ignorant Christian leaders in organizations like the CNP have devastated our government by electing duplicitous individuals who have allowed Christianity to consume a few crumbs while they, themselves, were feasting on world governance and other inimical programs. In the Lofton interview, Dr. Willke mentions that when the Bush, the elder, was president he was honest in responding to Willke’s requests. Willke got his crumbs but Bush got the whole evil meal - invasion of Iraq, the New World Order, expansion of government, more taxes, etc. Wilke was hoodwinked; his vote promoted an evil agenda.
The CNP was founded in 1981 and is supported by millionaires like Nelson Hunt, Richard DeVos, and Pat Robertson, each of whom has been President of the organization. The opinions of these wealthy individuals must have a huge impact on all determinations. There is evidence that self proclaimed Korean messiah Sun Myung Moon exerts some influence through the La Hayes and others that have received funds from his coffers. (Read about it here.) It appears this organization whose members hold substantial sway over millions of United States voters cherishes its ability to manipulate the political process and is willing to relinquish the exclusivity of our Christian God in an evil pragmatic effort to secure victory for a candidate who promises them a seat at the table. The fact that they may not understand the evil nature of Hegel and his Dialectic and are practicing it unwittingly does not mitigate the devastating effects.
Righteousness depends upon proper theological underpinnings. Lack of a uniform theology neuters the CNP as a agent of righteousness. There are Catholics, Protestants, neophyte Christians, cult members, Evangelicals, Fundamentalists, and a few pagans. Judging by the fast deteriorating conditions in the United States their efforts have done more harm than good.
The organization was designed to be surreptitious and very little is discussed about what goes on at these meetings.
Now a word about my last essay entitled “NAAWP” (National Association for the Advancement of White People) with a subtitle “It’s Time to Organize”. (The title and subtitle were used in a facetious reference to the NAACP.) I received several responses from individuals who agreed with the essay, one person wanted to join. One response created cause for concern. A Reformed, Christian Reconstructionist brother offered a strong rebuke accusing me of breaching the Ninth Commandment.
He holds to the controversial opinion that all of the original twelve tribes were destroyed in 70 AD and that those who call themselves Jews today are from a “thirteenth tribe“ that is secular and does not cleave to the Law and the Prophets. He then goes on to maintain that there is no particular Jewish agenda and that contemporary Jews are a diverse group with diverse objectives. He points out that the “central division among men is not black vs. white or Jew vs. Gentile. The dividing line is Christ and God’s Law.”
He writes, “It does the Kingdom of Christ no good to point to people based on their skin color or their imagined ethnic heritage rather than on their allegiance to Christ. Christ and His Lordship is the dividing issue; all other divisions are irrelevant distractions.”
I understand that this issue is controversial and most Christians do not want to be involved in controversy. Expository preaching, sticking with the Biblical narrative, is popular in reformed circles. Properly delineated it will not create arguments and will allow The Word itself to do the convicting rather than creating the personal discomfort involved in confrontation. A lack of controversy is a Christian goal that is only obtainable when the social order comes under the dominion of God. When Jesus contended with the Pharisees He was confronting an evil of His era, when I confront secular Jewish hegemony in our social order, I am confronting a similar evil in our time.
As is often true today, I can agree with my accuser in much of what he maintains; the problem is in what he fails to mention because he does not discern it. Knowledge is increased by knowing that many if not all of the group that call themselves Jews are not descended from the Twelve Tribes but from subsequent converts. However, it has nothing to do with the concerns of my previous essay. My Christian accuser does not believe that control of our press, television, movies, books, and radio is accompanied by an agenda. He believes it is all market driven. He denies that powerful interests that call themselves Jewish have supported immigration and multiculturalism. He blames our secular school system for the problems Black students have with education and maintains there is no difference in intellectual potential.
My accuser writes “What exactly is ‘THE Jewish Agenda’ of Milton Friedman, Murray Rothbard, Ludwig von Mises, Isaiah Berlin, Frank Chodorov, Bernard Siegan, and Ayn Rand? I don't believe there is any such thing as ‘THE Jewish Agenda.’ The agenda of Jews who have abandoned their religion and embraced socialism is no different from that of Gentiles who embrace socialism. The enemy is socialism, not "Jews."
When Jesus ministered in person the neglect of “justice, mercy, and faithfulness” was widespread but He did not choose a general rebuke but instead directed it toward the Pharisees. I contend that we should do likewise. The Christian church in the United States has not become weak, marginalized, and inappropriate because it has engaged in too much confrontation and controversy; instead, it is weak, marginalized, and inappropriate because it has failed for too long to rebuke specific evils.
My accuser, who is a well educated, smart, and informed Libertarian, has listed several of the bright stars of the Libertarian movement. Libertarians revere Rothbard and Mises as wise, saintly, and almost god-like. His perception of Jews in the United States appears to be based on the activities of these individuals whom he has read and thinks he knows. He asks about their agenda. Their agenda was to dominate. They succeeded in dominating the Libertarian movement and blinding the eyes of my accuser who may be failing to discern reality because of his reverence for them.
I have no intention of impugning the character of Ludwig Van Mises or Murray Rothbard (Ayn Rand is an exception.). I am not one of their students but if I were I would probably find much agreement. What I am trying to point out is a truth that has been successfully suppressed in the United States. Pharisaical Jewish dominance of our culture is inimical to the righteousness and health of our nation.
I am not a Jew hater nor is my intent to injure anyone. However, I do not want the newspapers, movies, and television programs that are sources of news and entertainment for most of our citizens to be controlled by individuals who hate the religion of their viewers and seek to support a foreign entity at their expense. I do not want homosexuality, fornication, adultery, and various forms of pornography to be the daily fare of our citizens. Libertarians might contend that television programming is market driven but it should be pointed out that in spite of the fact that family oriented programs return greater profits the voices from the screens are still filled with the “F” word and worse. (Evidence of an agenda!) The failure of our society to discern and confront this truth has opened the door to an awful evil.
My accusing Christian brother continues. “I believe ‘nations’ are a myth. All the problems in the mideast could be solved by eliminating the governments and creating a zone of 100% laissez-faire capitalism. Tribal conflicts will die out quicker when they are not promoted by organized governments. People are generally more interested in advancing their economic position (when they see that that's possible) than in dying for ethnic legends.”
This is anarchism and supports the unholy alliances that are working for world government. Anarchic Libertarians are Globalists and I would contend that not only is my accusing Christian brother blind and deaf but is unwittingly supporting the major thrust of the Devil in our age. Tragic!
Anyone who denies that the rampant denigration of Christianity and Christians that regularly comes out of Hollywood is part of an agenda is living in a dream world. Anyone who fails to discern that individuals who have dual citizenship in Israel and the United States might have a conflict of interest has their head in the clouds. Ask any congressman or Senator. Criticism of Israel or of any Jewish agenda is death at the poles. Former Israeli leader Israel Sharon boast that United States support was a given because Jews are in control. Millions of Evangelical Zionists support a false theology and an alien nation and my Libertarian Christian brother fails to comprehend. He correctly maintains that everyone commits these evils but, tragically, condemns excoriating particularly vicious offenders. When we are engaged in a battle we need to know our adversaries specifically and be willing to point them out and win over them.
I know that my Christian brother is sincere in his beliefs but, unfortunately, there is an element of pragmatism in his approach that was not evident in the conduct of the Savior. He is sincerely wrong and has made himself part of the problem rather than part of the solution. He fails to discern and confront specific evil and seeks to condemn those who do.
