It's The 'C' Word, Stupid! Emphasizing the Vulgar, Ignoring Reality
By Al Cronkrite The Covenant News ~ June 8, 2007
As we drove slowly out of the plaza a young girl defiantly walked slowly in front of us with the intention of making us stop. We drove close and honked the horn. Her response was “Don’t you know how to f*****g stop?” The “F” word has become popular in Hollywood and among some of our young. During most of my lifetime it has been a gutter expression never acceptable in polite company. Its common usage measures a precipitous decline in civility.
John Lukacs has an interesting article in the Twenty-fifth Anniversary Issue of “Chronicles” magazine (dated July, 2001) entitled “To Hell With Culture”. Lukacs makes a distinction between “culture” and “civilization”. Pointing out that in antiquity the word “culture” referred to cultivation he contends that civic and civility have distant roots being the opposite of barbarity and barbarism and thus unable to define the latter. He writes that what we refer to as multiculturalism would better be described as multicivilizationalism. He continues,
“Yes, American civilization may have been the most advanced in the world when it came to housing, heating, plumbing, transporting, producing: but (Using culture to define the savagery in our society.) American culture had yet to catch up. Well, American civilization is no longer the most advanced in the world, while - or, perhaps, because - American culture has caught up. Intellectuals have often lamented the inadequacy of American culture, while they surely knew how to profit from American civilization. Among other things, they wished that there were more Greenwich Villages in this country. Well, now there are - sordid enclaves of barbarism, most of them…”
As gutter language has increased it seems the ability to properly describe the conduct of our government has decreased. The “C” word has become the prostitute of the English language. It is only used in the red-light district while being carefully avoided in polite society. John Lukacs refers to the cliché “the culture of violence”. Clichés are a pox in our time. We have the “War on Terror”, and the “War on Drugs” both dangerous clichés.
Judas Iscariot has numerous duplicates in United States. Judas was the banker for Jesus’ disciples, he held the purse. Also, as the elite bankers of our day, he was both a conspirator and a thief. In Judas’ mind, wealth overrode principle. Matthew 26 reads, “Then one of the twelve, named Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests and said, ’What are you willing to give me to deliver Him up to you?’ And they weighed out to him thirty pieces of silver. And from then on he began looking for a good opportunity to betray Him.” Similar in part to our present circumstances.
Our civilization no longer survives by the sweat of the brow but instead by the fat of the purse. The medium of exchange we call money is essential to our existence and the control of it is a source of inordinate power. Our money is controlled by a shadowy lot who back the public appearance of the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, Ben Bernake, as he predicts good times for the economy. This avaricious consortium probably had its genesis in the Rothschild family and has remained heavily Jewish. They have garnered control of the money and are now in the process of seeking control of natural resources as a prelude to total control of the world population.
Years ago, a news item was not complete until it contained who, what, when, where, why, and how. This intent to provide a complete picture has been lost in the current pressure to abide by the clandestine censorship exerted by our press and media. News stories usually provide the who, what, when and where but frequently fail to include the why and how.
For the past several years the Internet has provided a more complete picture but this free expression of the full story is regularly stifled in well written and well researched pieces that pull punches when the “C” word is required.
In a recent piece published on V-Dare, Hugh McInnish writes about columns by Patrick Buchanan and Peggy Noonan questioning their failure to provide a strategy following the shunning of Bush II, his presidency, and his initiatives.
The “C” word is never mentioned in the Buchanan, Noonan, or McInnish columns. It might be that these writers do not believe in conspiracies or it could be that syndication would be jeopardized by mentioning such a politically incorrect term. V-Dare is considered one of the best Conservative pages on the Internet but the “C” word seldom graces its pages. Without the proper use of that most significant word the “why” and “how” of the articles is missing and we are left with an anger generating scenario which can only be vented by punching at the air.
Popular Radio talk show host Michael Medved once did a call-in program debunking conspiracy theories. He managed to excoriate all callers who believed the “C” word had merit. Since conspiracies must be secret in order to qualify, they can only be substantiated by the results they produce. Medved choose to look at the trees and ignore the forest.
Such blatant naivety is fostered by the dark forces pulling the strings on our elected puppets and accepted by many who choose not to resist the current. However, in the real world, conspiracies are wide spread and common. Churches split as members conspire against pastors, business leadership is replaced as others conspire to lead, society conspires against individuals who do not conform, gossip itself is a form of conspiracy, and even Hillary claims there is a “vast right-wing conspiracy“. Anyone who does not believe in conspiracy theories is functioning with a mental handicap!
I wrote disparagingly about George W. Bush before his election in 2000. He surrounded himself with globalists like George Shultz and Brent Scowcroft. Now he is about to lead us into world government by allowing our borders to be overrun with aliens and enmeshing us into a North American Union almost before our people are aware it is happening. How do you suppose the leadership of United States, Canada, and Mexico became agreeable globalists? Does anyone think that happened by chance? How about the leaders in Europe? Do you think all these men betrayed the sovereignty of their individual nations by chance? If you think any of that, you are hopelessly naïve!
The tentacles of world government continue to grasp more and more of our national sovereignty no matter which of the two major political parties is elected. Members of the Council on Foreign Relations have been espousing globalism for several decades and their brothers and sisters have occupied the majority of the high positions in every administration, Democrat and Republican, for many years. David Rockefeller who has been instrumental in forming the CFR and other elitist organizations publicly supports global governance. George W. Bush was elected by naïve leaders and citizens who do not believe in conspiracy theories.
The United States civilization in properly characterized by the proliferation of the “F” word and the paucity of the “C” word. A distortion of this magnitude will quickly sink any nation.
Our world is engaged in a battle that will not be won without the assistance of The One True God. Overwhelming power is in the hands of the conspirators. Two things are necessary: One, followers of King Jesus must face reality and stop their foolish support of powers that seek to destroy them. Two, the battle will not be won by human endeavor. “O our God wilt Thou not judge them? For we are powerless before this great multitude who are coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are on Thee.” II Chronicles 20:12.
As King Jehoshaphat prayed this prayer, “… all Judah was standing before the Lord, with their infants, their wives, and their children. Then in the midst of the assembly the Spirit of the Lord came upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, the Levite of the sons of Asaph; and he said, “Listen, all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem and King Jehoshaphat: thus says the Lord to you, ‘Do not fear or be dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours but God’s‘” II Chronicles 20:13,14,15.
Evangelicals and their leaders who have been supporting our evil and duplicitous government and the concatenate Zionist agenda must turn from their wicked ways and come before King Jesus in repentance. All Christians should stand before their King with their infants, their wives, and their children acknowledging their total dependence on His power and Grace and placing themselves and their families under His protection. Only then will Our God fight on our side and conclude the battle with victory.
It is indeed a tall order, for even those of us who understand and have accepted the true nature of the danger, disagree on how it should be countered.
King Jesus does not countenance the big-tent philosophy. He seeks a body that is totally obsequious - men, women, and children.
Will Christians unite and come before their God with repentant hearts and obedient spirits? How I pray that they will!
