Time to impeach Bush
On Aug. 12, New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson declared a state of emergency "due to a chaotic situation involving illegal alien smuggling and illegal drug shipments" on his southern border. The ally-ally-in-free immigration policy of George Bush and Vicente Fox, beloved of corporate America, has created a hell on our southern border.

New Jerseyans Get 'Chip Implants'

Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth, New Jersey has agreed to implement the VeriMed(TM) microchip system and will initiate a clinical evaluation program of the System in its two Emergency Departments for rapid patient identification purposes. Upon implementation, each facility will be able to scan patients to obtain their VeriChip ID Number and utilize the associated database information.
Trinitas becomes the sixth hospital that has agreed to adopt the VeriMed System in their emergency department in the last five months and the third hospital in the State of New Jersey to employ the VeriMed System. "
By attracting three of the leading hospitals in the northern New Jersey area, we have taken important steps to gain traction in the New York Metropolitan area, which represents millions of potential patients for VeriChip," said Kevin McLaughlin, CEO of VeriChip Corporation.

Righteous Scars
Commentary by Al Cronkrite
Truth and Power
"Dietrich Bonhoeffer's resistance to Hitler offers us a lesson. The building blocks are being laid for tyrannical control of the world in a similar fashion to Hitler's construct in Germany. Resistance is similar to the Nazi era: it is lonely, there are few willing to participate; most are sympathetic to the State and willing to compromise; since all the power is vested in the state, resistance is futile and truth falls on deaf ears. Bonhoeffer carried on his resistance for ten years before he was imprisoned. Americans are still free to write and speak against the great evil, but if the German pattern continues it will soon become dangerous."

USA TODAY reports that the suspicious research study that claimed unborn children feel no pain until the final months of pregnancy, and given worldwide coverage by The Associated Press, was authored by a couple of pro-aborts. Hypocrites
Rev. R.J. Rushdoony
"The modern hypocrite plays a part and pretends to be something he is not to mislead other people. He believes himself to be superior to other people and able to fool them. He claims for example, to be a champion of equality; all men are equal, only some men, as Orwell noted, are more “equal” than others, and he is one of these superior ones. He believes in charity, but with other people’s money and tax funds. He bleeds for the poor and hungry when it will bring votes, not because he cares. He pretends to be a Christian, but only because it is respectable to be one."

Commentary by David Alan Black
The famous evangelist Dwight L. Moody had a favorite saying that he borrowed from Henry Varley. It was this: “The world has yet to see what Almighty God can and will do with, for, through, in, and by a man wholly and fully yielded to Him and to His service.” Moody would then add: “By God’s grace, may I be that man!”

Lutherans Uphold 'Gay' Clergy Ban
Abominations
Sex offenders lashed out after the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America rejected a proposal that would have allowed them to serve as clergy in certain cases, saying they felt rejected by their own denomination. Goodsoil, a coalition of Lutheran groups advocating for full inclusion of sex perverts and deviants, accused the church of "sacrificing (gays) on the altar of a false and ephemeral sense of unity."

Problem With Political Parties
Commentary by Al Cronkrite
They Stifle Good Government
What specifically is meant by "Biblical Foundations" and "rooted in Biblical law"? These terms refer to the Holy Book from which all Christian theology is derived and seem to plop it right into the middle of the political pudding. It is the implication of these terms that attracted me to the Constitution Party and keeps me engaged.

Whose Church?
Commentary by David Alan Black
Paul addresses the church at Corinth in his opening greeting: “to the church of God which is at Corinth” (1 Cor. 1:2). Paul does not talk of “my church,” but of “the church of God.” How often we speak too loosely of “my church” or “our church”! Paul’s expression “the church of God” provides us with a healthy corrective.

How’s Your Garden?
Commentary by David Alan Black
Your spiritual garden, that is. Did you know that Paul talks about such a garden in Phil. 1:9-11? Writing to a church characterized by division and strife he says: “And this I pray, that your love [like a plant] might keep on growing yet more and more in knowledge and full discernment.” Here Paul uses a harvest metaphor to describe the good works planned by God for those who know Him. They are to produce “the fruit of righteousness…to the glory and praise of God.”

Because

Jesus was a controversialist, and so should be His followers when the need arises. The battle today is not just between holiness and sin, or between love and hatred, but between truth and error. It condemns the Positive Thinking philosophy that uses Christian terms and even speaks of Christ and then leads people to hell.
