Editor's note: Reporters are mistaken to call Rep. Christopher H. Smith from New Jersey, "a pro-life movement leader." Those of us in the pro-life movement for many years know "Chris Smith" as a baby murdering "Benedict Arnold." This slothful miscreant has not only refused to support the Sanctity of Life Act of 2007, in the year 2000, Smith voted for H.B. 4811, which was known at the time as "the largest abortion funding bill in U.S. history." For reporters to refer to this abortion funding Congressman as "pro-life" is not only fraudulent, it is a terrible misrepresentation of the pro-life movement.
