Kennedy moves to pass 'Hate Bill'

The Senate Majority Office says that Senator Edward Kennedy will probably try to attach his hate crimes bill, S.1145, defeated by Judiciary last Thursday, onto the Sex Offenders Registration Act, S.1086.
