Reprobate Governor Vows to Veto Cloning Ban
Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle says he'll veto a ban on human cloning. The state legislature approved it yesterday. The measure would prevent both reproductive cloning and therapeutic cloning. Only six other states have outlawed Nazi-like experiments in human cloning: Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan and North and South Dakota.
