I find interesting what you didn't say in your membership promotional concerning the judiciary and President Bush's opportunity to nominate a second judge. You didn't say, "Ask President Bush to nominate another Roberts?" Rather, you said, "Ask President Bush to nominate another Scalia/Thomas. This is because Roberts is no conservative or constitutionalist.
