Reinstate Evil Partial-Birth Abortion Ban
Bush plays Partial-Birth Abortion 'Ban' card: Bush administration lawyers asked the Supreme Court yesterday to reinstate the first federal law banning a late-term abortion procedure, arguing that what critics call "partial-birth" abortion should be outlawed. But, in reality, the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act only applies to a "living fetus" -- and there is nothing in the Act to prevent abortionists from killing viable late term babies in the womb first!
