Rita Heads North
AccuWeather.com -- Tropical Rainstorm Rita is slowly churning into northeastern Arkansas. The circulation around the storm is lifting tropical moisture northward from the Gulf of Mexico all the way up into the Midwest. Most of the heaviest rain is now on the eastern side of the storm.
