“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness.” (Romans 1:18) To proclaim a warning to sinners, backsliders, and carnal Christians to flee from the wrath that is to come is a tad bit old fashion don’t you think? I mean who would dare utter these provocative words from the Apostle Paul, “Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men.”
