No Charges in Underage Abortion

A county prosecutor said he would not file criminal charges against a Planned Parenthood clinic over an abortion it performed on an underage girl. Questions about the legality of the abortion arose after the girl's parents sued the clinic in common pleas court alleging that Planned Parenthood performed the abortion without notifying her family.
