Sidewalk Counselor Attacked

The ACLJ filed a civil lawsuit in Washington, D.C. against Planned Parenthood and a security guard on behalf of a pro-life college student who said he was tackled and injured when attempting to exercise his free speech rights outside an abortion clinic in 2004. The suit asks the court to order the defendants to pay compensatory and punitive damages.
