Group Wants Federal Stem Cell 'Ethics' Guidelines
These new proposed guidelines would include requiring donors be given informed consent information that the human embryos will be killed in the process of tearing out their stem cells and that the resulting cell lines may be kept for many years; a ban on transplanting animal DNA into human embryos and other regulations that will only serve to strengthen the growing criminal activity of human embryonic homicide.
