Schrock will not run again;
faces homosexual allegations
Rep. Edward L. Schrock, a "conservative" Republican from Hampton Roads and a retired Navy captain, announced yesterday he was withdrawing his bid for re-election to a third term this November because of allegations about his personal life. Schrock made his decision yesterday, his chief of staff said, in large part following allegations made on a Web site. That site alleged Aug. 19 that Schrock made a habit of "rendezvousing with gay men"
