Gay Teen Faces Charges

With help from a surveillance camera, police have arrested a 16-year-old boy on charges of kidnapping and sodomizing a 13-year-old boy earlier this month. The teen also has been charged in a similar attack in February 2003 on a 12-year-old boy.
