The American Civil Liberties Union of Kentucky, which raised constitutional questions about a Nativity scene on the county courthouse lawn in LaGrange, put up its banner nearby yesterday, after getting Oldham County's permission. The ACLU's 3-by-6-foot banner, which says "American Civil Liberties of Kentucky" was put up near the southeast corner of the courthouse square.
