Prosecutors are considering criminal charges against a 34-year-old woman who police say falsely signed a parental consent form so her juvenile son's 15-year-old girlfriend could get an abortion. The girl's mother, who learned about her daughter's abortion when she found a letter discussing it after the fact, went to police, who investigated and referred a potential charge of false swearing to prosecutors, court records show. According to records filed in Milwaukee County Circuit Court, the woman paid the $450 cost of the abortion.- Grandmother May Face Charges Over 'Parental Consent' Abortion
