Attorneys for Judge Roy Moore have until Jan. 8 to file briefs supporting his appeal of his removal from office by a state judicial panel. Judge Moore next must file briefs with the Alabama Supreme Court explaining why he believes the Court of the Judiciary was wrong to remove him from office.
