A judicial panel is contemplating whether to expel Chief Justice Roy Moore or accept his argument that he was upholding his oath when he ignored a federal court order to move a Ten Commandments monument. The Court of the Judiciary, after hearing less than a day of testimony and arguments, said it would announce its decision today at 11 a.m.
