The Rev. Frank Raddish, leader of Capitol Hill Independent Baptist Ministries, based in Washington, said he's coming to Montgomery to launch a petition to remove U.S. District Court Judge Myron Thompson from the bench by Congress. "There have been other judges who have exceeded their bounds before, and they have gone unopposed. The battle line has been drawn," Raddish said. "We are not going to stand around any longer and watch federal judges destroy the true meaning of the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights."
