Attorneys for Chief Justice Roy Moore filed a motion Monday asking that Attorney General Bill Pryor not be allowed to serve as prosecutor in the judicial ethics case that could remove Moore from office. The motion filed with the Court of the Judiciary said Pryor has legal conflicts and should not be allowed to prosecute Moore for disobeying a federal judge's order to remove a Ten Commandments monument from the rotunda of the Alabama Judiciary Building.
