Freedom of Speech

An effort to remove the Ten Commandments from the Habersham County, GA Courthouse will get its day in court today. Plaintiffs Charles "Bo" Turner, pastor of the Tallulah Falls Baptist Church and Gregg Holder are supported by lawyers from the American Civil Liberties Union. They want the court to declare the plaques of the commandments unconstitutional and order them removed.
