two California Abortionists Abortionists Disciplined 'But Not Hanged For Murder'

A longtime Planned Parenthood abortionist who was suspended by the California Medical Board in July has surrendered his license to practice medicine, while a Chula Vista abortionist accused of Medi-Cal fraud, perjury and keeping loaded semi-automatic weapons in his office has agreed to a 60-day suspension of his license and five years probation. In the first case, Dr. Jesse James Joplin of Santa Clara, who has worked for Planned Parenthood for 27 years and until recently was a “supervising physician” for Planned Parenthood-Mar Monte, surrendered his license to practice medicine in California effective at 5 p.m. on Sept. 20, the Medical Board saidnotification.
