Tenn. Bill Requires Killing-Regulations

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- State lawmakers want to make it a crime for a woman to be forced into having an abortion. A House committee passed a bill Tuesday that would require a woman to give written consent before having an abortion. In addition, any clinic or hospital that performs abortions would have to post a sign letting women know it's against the law for someone to force them to have an abortion. Clinics who don't post the signs could face penalties of up to $2,500.
