ACLU, Planned Parenthood Fight Equality, Human Rights

WASHINGTON, DC -- The American Civil Liberties Union and Planned Parenthood are on the forefront of a movement to block human rights campaigns in Alaska, Missouri and Nevada. The groups have been instrumental in lawsuits against personhood measures in the three states saying "such 'personhood' amendments have been introduced in other states and the apparent intent of the sponsors is to undercut a women's constitutional right of choice" (ACLU of Nevada).
