Court in Northern Ireland Says There Is NO 'Right' to Abortion
The High Court in Northern Ireland has ruled against government guidance which implied that abortion is a right. The court case was brought in Belfast, Northern Ireland, by the Society for the Protection of Unborn Children (SPUC), the world's first pro-life lobbying and educational organisation, founded in 1967. Northern Ireland, as a province of the United Kingdom, is ruled by the British government in London, with a limited measure of devolved power at provincial level.
