Senate Confirms Obama's Anti-Christian, Pro-Abort Abomination To The Federal Court
The Senate confirmed U.S. District Court Judge David Hamilton for a federal appeals court seat Thursday. The Senate voted 59-39 to promote Hamilton, who was tapped by Obama in March for the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. This week, the Senate rejected a move led by Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., to block consideration of the nomination. Hamilton, 52, has been attacked for rulings on public prayer and abortion. Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., has complained about the Senate's pace for judicial confirmations. Since Obama took office, the Senate has confirmed two appellate and four trial court judges. At the same point in George W. Bush's presidency, five appellate and 13 trial judges had been confirmed, according to committee staff. Click Here For The Full Story......
