Faith and Hope Williams were born at 9.40am last Wednesday. Their mother, Laura, was just 18 years of age. She had initially been advised to consider an abortion. But the babies were born following a caesarean lasting 30 minutes at University College Hospital in London. Mrs Williams, from Shrewsbury in Shropshire, said: "It was just brilliant.
