Testimony Continues in Tiller Criminal Hearing

Lawyers for Wichita abortion provider George Tiller spent the morning trying to show that former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline and his associates misrepresented information to a judge that kicked off a five-year investigation. Dan Monnat, who represents Tiller, spent most of the morning questioning former investigator Tom Williams, who filed affidavits that led to a secret investigation into Tiller's Wichita clinic and another run by Planned Parenthood in Overland Park.
