Poll: Parental Notification Initiative Might Pass (And Then You Can Kill The Baby)

SAN DIEGO -- A new poll finds Proposition 4 -- an initiative requiring parental notification before an unmarried minor can get an abortion -- has a better chance of passing this year. According to the poll, 49 percent of the voters said they intend to vote yes on Proposition 4 on Nov. 4, compared with 41 percent who said they plan to vote no; the remaining 10 percent are still undecided. The measure has failed twice before.
