Newborn Positive For Cocaine; Mother Charged

LAURENS COUNTY, S.C. -- Laurens deputies said that they are looking for a woman whose newborn baby tested positive for cocaine. Deputies said that Stacy Cotton, who also used the name Stacey Lynn Kesson, took cocaine during the last trimester of her pregnancy. When Cotton gave birth at Laurens County Hospital earlier this month, the newborn was tested and a warrant was issued for Cotton's arrest for unlawful neglect.
