Pregnant Bank Teller Shooting Suspects In Court
INDIANAPOLIS -- The two men suspected in the bank robbery and shooting of a pregnant teller were due in court Friday. Brian Kendrick and Aaron Stewart were scheduled to appear in court for a review of counsel. If they don't have attorney's representing them Friday, a judge will likely assign public defenders to the case. Kendrick and Stewart are accused of robbing the Huntington Bank at 21st Street and Post Road in April. Kendrick faces one count of attempted murder, and two counts of feticide after prosecutors say he shot Katherin Shuffield. The shooting led to the deaths of her unborn twins.
