Darshana Patel, 39, of Kaukauna, is seeking restitution from the bond money forfeited by Manish Patel, 35, formerly of the Town of Kaukauna. "The court gave (Darshana Patel's attorney Peg) Lautenschlager until June 16, 2008, to file a brief with supporting documentation and then gave the state until June 30, 2008, to respond," Assistant Dist.
