Planned Parenthood Merges with Allentown Counterpart
HARRISBURG, PA -- The Planned Parenthood organizations serving the Harrisburg and Lehigh Valley regions have merged, effective Tuesday. The merger was approved by the boards of both organizations in May. The goal is to combine some business functions to cut expenses and allow more funds for services such as providing contraceptives and educating teens about sexually transmitted diseases. The merged organization will be called Planned Parenthood of Northeast and Mid-Penn. It will cover 19 counties.Click Here For The Full Story......
