The Army would not say Monday whether it is keeping a close watch on a soldier identified as a person of interest in the death of a pregnant soldier. "It's speculation at this point if we're keeping an eye on someone," said Chris Grey, a spokesman for the Army’s Criminal Investigation Command. Also Monday, Fayetteville police said they have only one person of interest in the death of Spc. Megan Lynn Touma, whose decomposed body was found June 21 in a bathtub in her room at the Fairfield Inn next to Cross Creek Mall. But police Lt. David Sportsman said investigators are not dismissing the idea that another person could be responsible.
