FLDS Family Gets Restraining Order Against CPS

SAN ANTONIO -- Two members of the Fundamentalist Latter Day Saints picked up a small victory Tuesday as they were granted a temporary restraining order to keep the state from taking custody of the couple’s son. The state was scheduled to take custody of Joseph and Lori Jessop’s son when he turned 1 year old. The state already has custody of the couple’s other children. The Jessops are hoping that Tuesday’s ruling will lead to reuniting them with their other two children.
